Lexington Co-op’s founding members never imagined their little buying club would grow into a pillar of the Buffalo community with over 10,000 member owners. Co-op owners come from all walks of life, joining together in support of local, seasonal and organic foods. The Co-op is open to everyone daily from 7-11.
