An expatriate New Yorker, Alan has lived more than half his life in downtown Buffalo and has been president of Great Arrow since the early 1980s. Trained as a fine art printmaker, Alan has learned to love business and enjoys the daily challenge of balancing the creative with commerce. In 1990 he became the first Great Arrow designer to win a coveted Louie award. A passionate amateur astronomer (find out more about his night job here ), Alan can often be found late at night under the stars with Great Arrow co-founder Donna Massimo and their two children, Sophie and Lily.
